Interested SMEs, meeting the application criteria for a selection cohort apply to be considered for the readiness diagnostic and training services offered by the Investment Clinic Secretariat.
The Secretariat shortlists qualified SMEs for that cohort, based on the SMEs scores against the selection criteria and the number of candidates earmarked for that cohort. The Secretariat then conducts the investor-readiness diagnostic to identify the gaps for improvement.
SMEs are then handed over to a team of advisors made up of a financial, legal and independent auditor to assist them to fill gaps and improve their readiness. The profiles of wellperforming SMEs in the improvement program will then be listed on a special page on the RSE portal and showcased to prospective investors and other partners.
